Revamping my diet as of today. I realized I am eating too much cheese and too much sodium. So - I have cut the V8, and will get low sodium V8. I will also cut the cheese from my eggs in the morning. I will only allow myself 1 helping of the mozza cheese a day. See how that goes. Also I am going to add beans to my lunch to help keep me full.
So far today I have had 2 HB eggs, 1 slice turkey bacon (not very good but oh well), coffee, and a couple glasses of water. Now I am on my first snack of the day with non fat yogurt with 1 tbsp all natural pb added and a packet of splenda!

lunch - 1 cup salad that included romaine lettuce, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, bell peppers, 4 0z of chicken breast, and 2 tbsp of my homeade mock honey mustard dressing. I also threw on 3 steamed stalks of asparagus.
I am going to keep my meals in my journal here so if anyone sees anything bad I need to change please feel free to let me know! :)
