2.42 miles before breakfast and 1.36 miles with the dog after breakfast. My “2-a-days” before school starts full time. Closed my exercise ring and then some.
Bfast was Steel cut Oats, honey, few craisins and a splash of almond milk. Fighting my anxieties. B R E A T H E
