Getting back on track - managed to finally fit in another early morning workout:)

Yes, the morning is my favourite time of day, it always the most productive for me.. and you might think he crazy but I actually woke up at 4.30 this morning;)

Getting up at half4 every morning is a discipline, which shows strength, willpower, determination and sets a brilliant routine for the rest of the day with your eating and youl sleep well at night. I heard somewhere that the longer you put something off, the more excuses there will be not to do it like...IL have a coffee first, IL watch this program first etc and that's why millionaires like Kim Kardashian, Tony Robbins etc all do their workouts at half4. So ur in great company!! Well done 👏👏♥️

Thanks for your support, it's definitely a challenge getting enough sleep in (my goal is to be asleep by 8pm but the evenings dissapear so quickly and it often ends up around 9.30/10pm the earliest)... and yes, I've heard that many of the wealthiest people wake up super early - it seems like it's definitely a recipe for success (although I don't think I will be earning quite as much as those people anytime soon haha)
