Boleh kak.. kalaupun mau kopi bisa di tambah susu skimmed/ low fat dan di tambah sweetener yg memang 0 kalori

stevia tropicana tu manis bgt, plant based jg.. tp coba makin hari makin dikurangin pake sweetener ny, krna gmnpun lebih baik gk pake.
