My weight is been fluctuating over the last few months after getting down close to 200 pounds. I went up to about 207 pounds and now I've gotten back down to 200 pounds. It was the COVID 19 thing and the Planet Fitness was closed for a few months. Now I'm back to working out and watching my weight and my immediate goal is to get down to 195 pounds by August 31, so I've got about 5 pounds to lose in the next week. I'm going to do some fasting this time until August 31 and then I'll be a little less strict and get back to losing about 2 pounds a week.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yep. Went through the same problem with the gyms closing down right when I started to get focused and drop some weight and workout! How wonderful it is that you got that laser focus back!
