I had not been working real closely since COVID-19 hit, and they shut down my gym for a while. I didn't keep track of the food I ate and went back up to around 206 several months back even though I did not record the weight rise here in Fatsecret.com, and that's when I got more serious along with the fact that my gym at Planet Fitness reopened. I did some serious fasting in the last 9 day to try to get to 195 before I was weighed on my doctors visit on Aug 31st and I got close. I weighed in at 196 and I had some light clothes on, so I was really close. My ultimate goal is 180 or maybe lower, but right now the next goal is to break 190, even if it's 189.9 pounds. I'd like to do that by Sept 22nd, 3 weeks from today.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
