Good Morning!
I was just going updating my food journal...I did not record all of what I had yesterday. I went out to lunch with a friend and I think that i may have blown my calorie range for the day. I did adjust the my dinner...but yano what happens. Anyways it was all good.I had a loss this morning and lunch was wonderful!

The occasional lunch out with a friend shouldn't count anyway. I'm looking forward to one this coming Saturday, and I know I won't be fussing (too much) over what I should and shouldn't eat! I saw a good rule of thumb for eating out somewhere...don't let any more than one item of your meal come out of a fryer and drink water. That helps keep your calories in line. :)

Hey, if you can get a loss with a little cheat...that's great for you!! I think it's great that you have already lost 60 lbs. These last 15 will be a breeze!!

Kudos on the loss! You're doing great! If you think you went overboard today, then cut back for the next day or two to make up for it. :)
