Halo, Dini. Kalau mau mulai, sedikit aja dulu. Saya juga sepedahan bisa 3 jam nonstop pertamanya sekitar 30 menit tiap hari. Jadi jangan langsung jalan 8km. Nanti kaget ototnya. Mungkin 1km sekali jalan cukup untuk mulai, baru nanti boleh tambah kalau sekiranya just. Semangat, Dini!

Saya jg awal2 jalan 1 jam aja 5 km. Trus lama2 naik. Cuman minggu or hr libur aja jlnnya jauh. Kl rutinnya sih tiap hr 1 jam 5 km dgn pake jaket sauna jd kringetnya byk n bs lgs turun beratnya 😶 jamnya merk samsung
