I totally ate a HUGE amount of Chocolate today. It's always chocolate Friday in our office but today was pretty bad. But I planned for it, only ate the really good stuff, and did workout this morning. AND for good measure I have no crazy plans this weekend that involve eating.
I'm going to stick to the Skinny Jeans workout program that I have, (well, I'll move some of the sessions around to suit me) but all in all, I'm really excited about my weight in on Sunday.
I did finally have the courage to finally try on my goal pants and guess what??? Since I've stopped eating muffins... no muffin top!! They almost fit! Who-HOOOO!! Just have to keep the good mojo going.
