Good morning friends :) I feel wonderful today! I woke up hungry, which is good I think, since I usually dont eat until after noon! Doing great on my diet. Thanks for all the encouragement and support. Had pork skins and velveeta and red chile dip for dinner last night. Wont do that often, but it was within my calories and carbs for the day, and the walking dead was coming on, and I wasnt gonna miss it! Love that show! Hope you all have a fantastic Monday!
