Diet note: im bloated today, cant get my wedding ring off. I ate a pickle yesterday with salt and had four artificially sweetened drinks. Also had velveeta and pork skins, very salty as well. Im going to try monitoring my salt and hope that takes care of it. If not I'll cut out sweetnlow as well.

How much water are you having? It helps. I was having a similar issue and my water intake helped to reduce the bloating.

I never used salt on anything before this diet. Now I salt everything because it said on a LCHF diet additional sodium and iodine was needed. But I also drink at least 14x8 everyday. So if you don't drink enough water, that could be the culprit.

Jenn said the same thing...BUT....what wasnt completely disclosed by myself was that I ate a gigantic pickle and probably 4 tablespoons of salt on it (what was I thinking) ...i also read that about 2 tbs a day were recommended on this diet, so of course I use it liberally, but the pickle thing was overkill...lol

What will help you is to drink a lot of water. At first you will live in the washroom but eventually it settles down :)
