Feeling good about most things but I can see me starting to slip... like, "ahhh, I've lost lost all this weight so I can start having treats again." A couple extras snogs of wine, some cocoa treats, an oven sandwich at Starbucks. I'm still in my calorie intake range, but not getting the full nutritional bounce, and DEFINITELY feeling the sluggishness set in. The reality is you can never slack. The personal trainer in our office says he hasn't eaten pizza in 3 years. God, I can't even imagine that.
