I am shocked :-0. After all of that eating I did last week, I didn't really gain any weight. GOAL THIS WEEK: Lose weight. :-)
72.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
