My new favorite way to eat cabbage. I’m always looking for a new way to add a veggie. Sliced and tossed with oil, celery salt and pepper. Baked at 500 for 8 mins.

At 8 mins it’s crispy on the outside and soft yet really flavorful on the inside. Bringing out flavor that I never knew red cabbage could have. Up to 12 mins, watch it closely it could burn. My husband loves it charred. Give pre char a try! You can Always throw it in the oven more.

Can this be done with green as well? Or a bag of slaw? I want to try. I love cabbage.

I haven’t tried it with green cabbage or slaw yet, but I’m guessing yes! Why not? I will make it again today☺️

Try it raw with lime juice sea salt some garlic powder and olive oil with cherry tomatoes is delicious as well.
