60 gr pasta (trserah mau fusilli, macaroni, spaghetti juga bisa, aku pakai yg la fonte)
Bawang putih 1 siung
Bawang bombay ssuai slera
Minyak 5 ml (1 sdt, aku pakai bimoli)
Udang 100 gr, kupas
Uht low fat 100 ml
Terigu 5 gr (kira2 1,5 sdt)
Kraft singles light 2 lembar
Rebus pasta smpai mtang, sisihin
Tumis bwg putih & bombay smpe agak kcoklatan, masukkan udang
Campur susu & trigu smpai rata, tuang klo udangnya sudah matang
Aduk2 smpai agak kental, masukkan keju, kejunya disobek2 dan disebar ya biar cpat lumer
Kalau sudah trcampur smua tinggal masukkan pasta yg tadi, aduk rata

Saranku gk udh ditambah garam/micin, sudah pas gurihnya, btw total lemaknya 14.18 gr, karbo 56.50 gr, protein 46.01 gr
