Good morning....
Back to work today...sigh....I did not want to leave my bed this morning. I think that I needed more time off.
I have not even stepped onto the scales, I am kinda scared at this point. There was just lots of salt in the foods that I was eating over Christmas (along with sugar and alcohol). Until the new year, I will not be able to get back into the normal way of eating.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

We're all in the same boat. I started trying to eat better yesterday b/c I was sick of the "bloated" feeling. Just start fresh with the new year. We'll all get off our "holiday" pounds!!
