Good morning,
I sit here this morning drinking my coffee looking at the time at it has been 2 hrs since I had my cereal this morning and I am really hungry. I have over the last yr or so always eaten every 3 hrs, but today I could eat everything. I think that I am still thinking of the muffins I saw at Tim Hortons this morning. I have to say that I was going to get one, but decided on not. I would rather have something later in the evening like that(my munchie time).
Anyways...........I should get my work done here...I am going to try and sneak out early today if possible.

Oh I have days like that when I just feel hungry. This morning I was laying in bed listening to a Tim Hortons commercial. A coffee and muffin for $1.99. It did sound good. On the drive to work I stopped elsewhere for a coffee. Otherwise the odds are I would not have been as good as you.

They say that your breakfast shuld be at least 300 calories. It's actually proven that a hearty breakfast assists with weight loss :) Maybe if you added a bit of fruit to your cereal you'd feel fuller longer?
