hari ini gak berani nimbang.. tkt stres bikin ngerusak mood.. krn keknya timbangan bakal naik sih... sekalipun udh clean food bnr".. makan bnyk dikit udh pst naik.. pelan" mulai dr awal lg.. stelah 4bln diet dan trnyt diet ku salah.. naikin kalori ke BMR trs ke atas BMR.. please semangat!!!
