I need to get serious about something. Last time my marriage was in trouble, I lost weight. When things got better I gained it back plus some. Now, my marriage is over. I need to concentrate on me in some way. Wallowing in my grief is doing me no good. It is just making me feel worse. I know there are exercises that I can do where I don't need to use my broken toe. I have an ab circle. I will have to dust it off and use it. Maybe it will do me some good.
