Hasil dari 1 Febuari sampai hari ini. Turun sekitar 18 kg. Memang hasilnya sangat lambat tapi aku konsisten. Masih mkn cake dan indomie kesukaan aku. Aku memang gak mau hasil instan tp nanti BB cepat naik jg. Jadi lebih baik lambat tapi pasti 💪🏽💪🏽
