what a waste of a breakfast! A left over sandwich from my hubbie's lunch. What was I thinking??? Also made terrible choices last night after having a few glass's of wine. Will be better today!!

Deep breath, dear. Sandwich... was it good? Did you at least enjoy it? Your calorie wasn't high, you are allowed to slip up a little, it keeps you sane. Did you decide on doing something physical to remove your guilt over the ham sammy and last night's choices? Don't beat yourself up, just exercise until you don't regret it anymore :)
