Per pcs ini sekitar 60 gram beratnya. Isiannya aku bikin 2 varian: Tuna mayo pedas dan Tuna blackpepper.

klo onigiri yg di jual disupermarket kira2 brpa ya ka kalorinya?

Onigiri Tuna Mayonnaise yg biasa (gak mikirin bahan low kalori), sekitar 232 kalori. Apalagi kalau ukurannya besar. Kalau resep yg ini, sengaja aku bikin ukuran kecil (= 60 gram termasuk isian) biar sekali makan gak gede2 bgt. Ohya, kalau nyari cetakan onigiri di marketplace, ada 2 ukuran biasanya: besar dan kecil. Ada jg yg jualnya sepasang. Aku beli yg sepasang ini kemarin.
