Another day at home because Court is closed due to ice and sleet! Wow we have had more closings this winter than the last 5 winters combined. Feeling better every day. I have decided that I will weigh myself only twice a week so that I don't get discouraged. Feel I am doing well so far and motivated to keep on this healthier track. Exercise is my down fall. Machines are not my thing but I love to walk.... just not in sub zero temperatures and with ice and snow on the ground LoL. Spring will be here soon enough and I can get back outside to walk with the dog. I should be a little lighter by then so it will be easier to move. So in the meantime the treadmill is it ;(. Life is good ;)
