Today marks one week of filling out my food journal REGARDLESS of what I ate. In the past I would just skip a day because I had over eaten. Now I'm embracing those days. As I look over my diet calendar I see that every day I am burning 150% more calories than I'm consuming. That's an average of 2200 kcal taken in and 3500 kcal out every day. To the best of my knowledge I am accurately recording my intake, and basing my out put on the calories burned while resting, sleeping, and walking. I have been afraid to weigh myself because I don't want to get discouraged. But I do see changes in my body. I'm going to keep on keeping on and hope for the best. :)
