I have had a very stressful week. I did exercise. In fact I finished a week on the Biggest Loser Challenge for the Wii. The problem that I had was that I started eating to help with the stress. I need a new outlet. The good news is that I didn't gain anything from going on my binge over the weekend. The bad news is that I didn't lose anything either.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
