Target turun 1kg sebulan.

Metode:
1.Fasting 18jam
2. Defisit Kalori 2,000kkal
3. Jogging min.15,000steps atau 1,000kal per hari
4. TIdur minimal 5jam sehari
5. Minum Air Putih Minimal 2,5liter sehari
6. Pescatarian
83.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week
