Nice drop from yesterday. Slow progress but getting there! There’s a snowstorm going on so today will be spent on the treadmill and taking an obe barre class.
73.8 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
