OK, so I haven't been on here in long time. I bought a new digital scale and it seems to give a different weight from my old one and not for the better hehehe Oh well I can't honestly say I have been trying lately anyways. But here I go again. I have been slowly adding a bit of exercise to my day, brisk walk at break and 10 mins on the eliptical at night. Nothing major but it is a starting point for me. I don't want to try to do too much yet. I have really been good at eating more fruits and veggies lately too. I just need to work harder at my portions at dinner etc.
