Very proud of myself today I hate winter period. Yet today it looked reasonably nice outside sun shining just a little breeze, and -9 degrees out. Fairly nice for winter I suppose so I bundled my 1 year old and myself up and we went for a nice 30 minute walk down the road. I walked at a moderatly speed and worked up a sweat. The fresh air felt so good. I also did step aerobics this morning along with some crunches and yoga. Its a Good Day Today!!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
