Well, my weight has been yo-yo-ing seemingly at random. It seems some days I'll eat whatever I want all weekend, and actually LOSE weight. I was down to 119.0 3 months ago, but quickly over indulged and shot back up to 130. So, due to health issues with episodes of low blood sugar I'm just going to eat fresher, more natural foods, watch my quantities, and try to balance every meal with some fat/carbs/protein since it seems to make my energy (and moods) more stable. I'm not going to give up chocolate, just eat less, and only dark chocolate 60% or more. Also, I will eat my main meal at lunch, snack on healthy stuff when I want, and attempt to excercise. I'm also trying the Slim Quick weight loss suppliments as well. We'll see how this goes.
