So the weight is coming off! Now I wonder if it is from exercise and eating right or because I stop a certain RX? maybe both... I will do my best to keep doing what I am doing because I feel great and I am loosing weight! As long as I feel great I don't need the RX,(it was an anti depressant) its pretty nice how that all works! :)
