Tracking my 1st trimester loss 😬. It’s been rough holding down food. Who knew pregnancy was a good diet? Hoping that scale will go up soon in a slow, steady, and healthy way.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
