Been discussing things with my sister who recently had her gall bladder removed. She suffered for months and had to basically cut out fat, sugar and carbs for months until she had her surgery. The one good thing about the entire ordeal was that she felt great (besides the GB issues) her joints weren't sore and she had no swelling at all. Even 2 months later she is feeling good...still pain free. I really think the key is to cut out the sugar and bad carbs...at least for awhile! I'm giving it a try. What can it hurt?
