First day was good except that last night after receiving some not so great news I blindly walked to the cupboard and before I knew it I had eaten 2 chocolate chip cookies and had taken a bite out of the thrid. I'm such an emotional eater. I threw the rest of the third one in the garbage, drank a glass of water and sat down at the kitchen table and felt sorry for myself. I quickly realized what I was doing and snapped out of that mood! I can't berate myself for a little set back. It's going to take some time but I will get there!

Hang in there girl! we all do it! I threw a french fry in my mouth last night with out even noticing! i spit it out! It is a very hard habbit to break! WHen you feel down get your running shoes on and take a walk! you will come back feeling like a million bucks!
