Well I am more determined then I have ever been before! I said once I was done having kids I was going to work my butt off to lose this extra weight. So now I am back down to my pre-Rhys weight. Now I just have to get down to my pre-Lauryn weight and then my pre-Kate-Lyn weight. I am getting there, slowly but surely! People laugh when I say I use the Biggest Loser video game to exercise but it is obviously working, along with my healthy eating! I am not dieting so that is working too! It would never work if I said that I am NEVER eating cookies or ice cream again, but if I say I am only going to have treats once or twice a week, that is more sustainable! Just not going to over do it with my treats! Its going to happen this time! I can feel it!!
