Good afternoon all,
WOrk got a little crazy and i didnt get to eat breakfast until 11:15. I need to make sure to get my breakfast in! When i dont i get a headache! i have no idea how people skip meals!!!
I did get out during lunch even though it is starting to rain for my walk! it felt good!
Hopefully my afternoon will be better!!!
Weigh in is tomorrow. fingers crossed i want to see 151 or lower!

I have an alarm on my phone that goes off every two and half hours. I don't always eat right at that time, but it is a helpful tool to make sure I avoid the starve and binge cycle. Best of luck on the weigh in!
