Thank you, everyone! Katlego.More, you asked for tips... What works for me is mostly one meal a day almost zero refined carbs. I do have a slice of bread maybe once a week, and I eat brown rice and barley. But very little sugar at all. Lots of veggies, plenty of protein and good fats like olive oil and butter. My husband and I both always start the day with 2Tsp raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, and when we forget, our weight loss definitely stalls or slows down. My husband has now also lost 25kg! And we both eat a lot of nuts: Eastern Temptations in Greenside has a huge range at very low prices

Desrej, my pattern seems to be to stay the same weight for a month, then suddenly drop 2 or 3 kgs, then stay the same for a month etc. I always "stall" and then drop. I was about 67 for 6 weeks. But I'm not in a hurry... I hope to be 60 by the end of the year without trying much. 😉
