I've been doing well the last couple of days. I'm really trying to watch my points as well as running and lifting small weights. I'm running in the St. Pat's run in St. Louis in less than 2 weeks. My weigh in this morning was 157.5 I need to continue to get that number down. I'm determined to lose these saddle bags! I have two beach vacations planned this year! I don't want to be fat!
