I'm doing my 15 minutes of aerobic exercise each day to burn a few calories & hopefully get fitter although after 3 days I'm not feeling fitter haha. Just exhausted! I have, however lost 3.5lbs since last week. Wasn't supposed to weigh until tomorrow but I couldn't wait! I've been quite good this week and we're going out as usual on Sunday for a meal, so I need to keep it up then I can enjoy my Sunday lunch out! Today is my doggies 8th birthday so I though I'd put some pics here for them to say hi!
