Day 3 of my new fitness program and I also did 10 minutes of gentle pilates using a pilates for seniors video on youtube. It totaled 30 minutes but I didn't want to do too much my first time. I'll keep going. I've upped my water intake and lost 3.5 lbs this week so I'm motivated to carry on now!
One thing I seem to fall down on is logging my food. It makes me obsess over what I eat and I don't think that is particularly good.
I will log when I feel OK with it. But right now I'm concentrating on exercise and water input which have always been my failings in the past.
I seem to be posting a lot on here but it keeps me focused so feel free to ignore my journal posts if I get boring!
