Recap 2 months (trying to) life healthier:
1. Turun 2,2kg di bulan ke 2. Total turun selama 2 bulan ini 4,7kg 😁✌🏽
2. Workout masih tetep pake Sidney Cummings.. Summer Time Fine 3.0 (lulus tier 1) ready for Tier 2
3. Makan 1300-1500 kkal.
4. Masak di kosan jarang beli di luar.
5. Workout 5x 30 menit, 1 day total rest, 1 day active rest day (jalan kaki 1 jam)
6. Masih makan cake, kopi, gorengan tapi secukupnya biar ga binge eating..😁
