I managed to do 15 minutes of aerobic exercise on 5 consecutive days last week so was all good. Sunday we went out for a meal & I avoided pudding - once again all good. We then went to the cinema! Oh dear - toffee popcorn! Not good :( Today I have been working (sat on my butt) so now I need to exercise & take the dogs out to get back on track. I've not eaten yet but definitely getting back to healthy! Where has the morning gone??
