I am starving!! This is really hard but I have made myself ignore the hunger pains all afternoon because I know my dinner is going to have quite a few calories in it. Tomorrow should hopefully be easier because I have a low calorie dinner planned so I can have a snack in the afternoon.

I know what you mean. I'm STARVING too. I'm trying to watch my calories today because dinner is ALWAYS high in calories at my house....not to mention dessert. Ugh! HOW do you stay away from dessert!?!?! lol
