Initially, I had a goal not to just get rid of some extra pounds , but transform my body and convert excess fat to muscles.
Started in March ( the first picture -194lbs.) from going to gym 2-3 times per week, reduced calories intake. Downloaded this app.
But hit a plateau somewhere at 180 LBS.
Added cardio: started to run (I'm sixty), ride bicycle, swim . Learned about : KETO, intermitted fasting, how to eat properly: organic / pasture / grass fed ; how to use supplements and avoid stress + alcohol.
So far I have lost 24 lbs.
Currently 170lbs.
10 lbs. more to go.
Physically and mentally I am in better shape now than when I was was in my early forties.
