Feel like I have stalled out, haven't lost much this month, just a pound or two. I was using the treadmill and then switched to Wii Fit. Think I need to switch back to the treadmill and hopefully back outside when the weather is better. Wii fit seems to be more fun than a serious workout. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
