Good morning all Well I have been bad.... Since I havent been feeling the best or able to work out I have used this as an excuse to not eat well. NOT GOOD!!! SO today I start fresh. I will be fixing my food and slowly getting back into things. Hopefully tonight i will go for a walk i need it so does my dog! Another doc apt today so I will be home early so we will be cooking and preparing tonight. My daughters first day of school is tomorrow and she wants a special lunch for her first day of school. So exciting!!! Hope all is well with everyone!
