So I have been a little slack with my eating lately. My hubby says that I am obsessed with this all and that I am looking good. I want to be able to indulge in some "bad" foods so I am justifying it by exercising more on those days that I do indulge. Maybe I am just kidding myself but if I am burning off more calories than what I am taking in still, then it should be ok? I hope so. My hubby isn't minding the healthy eating, but he also likes the treats like cake, cookies etc. I am trying to make healthier versions to keep everyone happy. Hopefully I am not screwing myself over LOL I am stuck on a plateau right now and I know my indulging isn't helping. I will get there sooner or later. It is unrealistic to say I am never going to eat these foods again. Just trying to find the happy medium is the key...I haven't found it yet though!!
