What did I do this week? 1) Did not skip breakfast. I am not much of a breakfast person. I bought a case of SlimFast chocolate shakes and they were great. 2) Water Water Water + More Water when I worked out. 3) Everytime you eat something ask yourself: is this good fuel for my body? is this nutritious? If it has no nutritional value, don't eat it. Your body will thank you later. 4) Cleaned out the fridge. I felt like I was on one of those weight loss TV shows. I got rid of stuff that was bad news to the diet. Result: my sister was furious that I got rid of the "good stuff" 5) Planned meals the night before.
Plan/Goal for next week: Can the complaining and workout everyday. Control night munchies!
