Had a super busy week last week starting at Wednesday. I played 2 1/2 hrs of volleyball Wednesday night, jogged my 5km on Thursday in approx 35min, played volleyball Friday night, and saturday for our yearend tourney, when not playing volleyball I was on my feet running it, (Had a off day due to lack of planning so I did not eat the best) and Sunday I woke up and went for an awesome country jog with Mandy and Tara! It was awesome and great for my soul. New accomplishment - 2.5 km without a rest. 1 rest period for 5km is damn good if I do say so myself. I am getting back on track this week with a clear mind and soul! So proud of me!!!
