It is Tuesday April 12, 2011,and I am AGAIN starting a journey to healthy living. I have been trying week, after week, after unsuccessful week, to start and stay focused on a healthy eating plan. Yet here I am again. What makes this time different? Well I would say seeing myself on video camera. I am a plus size model with a local modeling agency based out of Baltimore, Maryland. I have done some print work, where the pictures came out beautiful. Needless to say, I dont look anywhere near the weight that I actually am in the pics. Well seeing myself in real time, I was appalled. I didn't know it had gotten that bad. Or maybe I did know, but wasn't ready to admit it. Well the video camera does not lie. Nevertheless here I am. I stumbled upon this site looking for caloric intake journals and the such. By just browsing around here I am very much pleased with what I have seen thus far. Fat Secret offers so much that there is no possible way that I cannot complete my goal. AND its free!!! Now how can I not take advantage of that. Well today starts the first day to a healthier and an even more so happier me!! Feel free to comment. I can use all the helpful tips and motivation.
